By browsing or purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms outlined below. These terms help protect both you (the customer) and us (the brand), and ensure a smooth shopping experience.
1. About ZELA
ZELA is a premium activewear brand designed for women with zeal. All products sold on this website are owned and fulfilled by ZELA.
2. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including logos, product names, images, and designs—is the property of ZELA and protected by copyright laws. Do not use or reproduce any material without written permission.
3. Product Availability
We do our best to keep inventory updated, but some items may sell out quickly. If your order includes an item that becomes unavailable, we’ll notify you and offer alternatives or a full refund.
4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are shown in PHP and are inclusive of tax, unless stated otherwise.

We accept secure online payments via credit/debit card, GCash, and other listed methods at checkout.
5. Ordering
When you place an order:

You confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

You agree to pay the total amount, including shipping fees.

Once your payment is received, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.
- Orders are considered final and cannot be modified once confirmed.
ZELA reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud or violation of terms is suspected.
6. Shipping
We currently ship within the Philippines only.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Transit times:

Metro Manila – 2 to 5 business days

Provincial areas – 5 to 10 business days
You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order is on the way.
ZELA is not liable for courier delays once orders are in transit.

7. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident with every ZELA purchase.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and refunds within 7 days of delivery, only if:

The item received is defective, or
-
You received the wrong item.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact, and in their original packaging.
To request a return, email us at hello@zelawear.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
ZELA will shoulder the return shipping cost for defective or incorrect items.
Products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Size Exchanges
If your item doesn’t fit quite right, you may request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.
Email us with your order number, the item name, the reason for exchange, and your preferred size.
Customers shoulder the return and re-shipping cost for size exchanges. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll send out the new size.
Note: Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Please review the product description and sizing carefully before purchasing. If you have questions, feel free to reach out to us at hello@zelawear.com.
8. Limitation of Liability
ZELA is not liable for any damages arising from use of our products or website. We aim to provide accurate information but make no guarantees that all content is error-free.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our site means you accept the changes.
